Frequently Asked Questions

General Information

How long does it take to receive reports?

Reports are processed and returned within 48 - 72 business hours of receiving test data. In most cases, they are sent the same day. If received after 3:00 PM (EST), reports may be processed the next business day.

How much does testing cost?

Please contact Psychological Resources (PR) for current pricing.

Who administers the tests?

Tests are administered by your department personnel. Instructions are provided within the account start-up package, and replacements can be requested as needed.

How do I order testing supplies?

Supply order forms are available on our website. Completed forms can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to PR. You can also call to request supplies.

Are testing supplies free?

Yes. PR provides answer sheets and booklets at no cost to agencies. Shipping is also free in most cases unless overnight delivery is required.

Do your tests support POST Accreditation?

Yes. We provide necessary documentation for POST Accreditation upon request.

Billing & Payments

Are there any upfront costs?

No. Agencies receive an invoice after testing.

Legal & Compliance

Do your testing and hiring practices comply with EEOC guidelines?

Yes. Our assessment system has been validated in Federal Court-supervised cases and complies with EEOC hiring guidelines.
